2. Description of Services

Vikolo Dynamics provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

• RecitID: A mobile and web application for identifying Quran recitations using audio recognition technology.
• Software Development: Custom mobile app, web platform, and API development services.
• Digital Advertising: Campaign management, social media marketing, and growth strategy services.
• Strategy & Design: Brand identity, UX/UI design, and product consulting services.

3. User Accounts

Some of our products may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised or if you violate these Terms.

6. RecitID — Specific Terms

The RecitID application uses audio recognition technology to identify Quran recitations. By using RecitID, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Audio captured through the microphone is processed in real-time for identification purposes and is not permanently stored.
• Identification results are provided on a best-effort basis and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification.
• Quranic text, translations, and related content provided within the application are sourced from established scholarly sources and are presented for informational and educational purposes.
• The application requires microphone access to function. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our products may be available through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) where the purchase was made.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided through our services.
